Job Summary
Our client, a company in the healthcare sector (old age home) , is looking for a Administrator with HR experience based in the Strand area to join their team. The successful person will report to and work under the old age homes General Manager providing her with support and assistants in all PA and Administration duties. You will need to take control when the General Manager is out of office.
Requirements:
Strong admin skills. Good in organizing Skills Seeing new applicants and managing the applications of new residents. Being able to take minutes of meetings. Assisting with fundraising events as well as Health and Safety. Being trustworthy and confidential about things discussed in meetings and able to take meeting minutes accurately. Human Resources skills will be essential. Location and Working hours: The position is based in office in Strand 7:30am to 4pm.
Salary:
