You will support the Head Baker in creating a wide range of freshly baked goods, from breads to cakes and deli-style treats. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bakery, deli, or restaurant environment.

Sound knowledge of basic baking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ensure the kitchen and baking areas remain clean & organized

Maintain high standards of product quality, consistency, and presentation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

Stable employment history and contactable references
