About the Role
Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Building Manager to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Manage and coordinate handyman services to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of building maintenance and repairs

- Must have relevant handyman experience and knowledge
- Clear criminal record
