Requirements:

Completed N6 and requires practical experience to obtain qualification. Computer literate in Microsoft Programmes. High attention to detail is a pre-requisite. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in English and Afrikaans. Valid drivers license. Personality Traits: Energetic and disciplined. Efficient and organised. Trustworthy and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accurate and logical thinking. Takes initiative in identifying and solving problems. Duties and responsibilities: Loading of invoices. Coordinate and maintain vendor accounts. Maintain building management and liaise with service providers. Update files and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Complete onboarding and exit forms, ensuring timely updates to documents and processes. Compile letters, reports, and general correspondence. Coordinate issues logged with IT and ensure timeously attended. Conduct stocktakes and keep records of office equipment. Track and report on telephone handsets and switchboard systems. Maintain a neat and tidy workspace. Execute general admin duties as requested from Line Manager.
