About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate programs across various online sports betting assets and platforms to drive business growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior and online habits
- Build relationships and negotiate deals with preferred affiliates for web advertising space and coverage
- Partner with affiliates to advertise and build reputation and brand awareness for the growth of the business
- Develop multi-channel initiatives and online content to promote the brand with different affiliate partners
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team and Digital Analysts to understand and interpret results from Google Reporting and Revenue Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and new business opportunities
- Execute on A/B and multivariate campaigns to optimize the acquisition funnel and conversion rates across all channels
Requirements
- Complete knowledge and understanding of sports betting platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing or related field
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (if applicable)
- Certification in digital marketing or affiliate marketing (if applicable)
