Job Duties Design and oversee the construction of luxury hotels and lodges Ensure projects adhere to budget and timeline constraints Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly practises into architectural designs Provide expertise in hospitality architecture and luxury hotel design Required Qualifications BArch degree in Architecture Experience Experience in architecture, specifically in the hospitality sector Proven track record in luxury hotel or lodge design Strong project management skills Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in architecture and design principles Understanding of financial acumen and budgeting Knowledge of luxury hotel standards and trends Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to problem solve and work within a pressured environment Preferred Qualifications Additional certifications in project management or sustainability Experience working on conservation-focused projects Working Conditions The role will involve working on-site at various locations within the Western Cape region. Travel may be required to visit project sites and meet with stakeholders.
