Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Book meetings and schedule events Order office stationery and supplies Maintain internal databases Submit expense reports Organise, store and print company documents as needed Answer and redirect phone calls Handle queries from managers and employees Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Following call centre “scripts” when handling different topics Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Candidate requirements: Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Well spoken English Well presented. Please note that it is required for you to have your own reliable transport.
