About the Role
The Bookings & Account Manager role is a critical component of our commercial growth strategy, driving exceptional client management and seamless coordination to deliver operational excellence in the UK property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring 2 years of sales, bookings, or account management experience
- Own and grow a portfolio of letting agents, landlords, and developers
- Convert inbound enquiries into bookings with tailored consultative sales
- Upsell additional services to increase value per job
- Maintain an organised, up-to-date CRM with all client interactions
- Manage job details and scheduling through ServiceM8
- Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly reviews to build retention
- Raise and track invoices for completed jobs within your portfolio
- Use LinkedIn and light outreach to build presence with potential clients
- Coordinate daily schedules with on-site teams to ensure operational alignment
Requirements
- 2 years of sales, bookings, or account management experience
- Strong relationship-building and client service skills
- Commercially minded with a natural upselling approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems, ServiceM8, and LinkedIn
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
