Ensure efficient transfer pricing and cross-border taxation structures for international operations. Engage in tax planning to optimize effective tax rates within the bounds of regulatory compliance Oversee credit risk, market risk, and operational risk monitoring Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting ensuring compliance with IFRS Optimize cost of funds and oversee credit lines Conduct profitability and cost/income analyses Identify opportunities to improve margins, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency Support business units for better decision-making.
