Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement and manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring data is easily accessible for analysis and reporting. Develop and maintain data pipelines that ingest and transform data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations. Deliver findings in an accessible manner to facilitate informed decision-making. Continuously improve data quality, accuracy, and process efficiency. Identify and implement technology solutions to meet evolving organizational needs. Maintain and secure data systems, ensuring APIs are integrated with maximum uptime and adherence to security protocols. Uphold robust security measures to protect sensitive data. REQUIREMENTS : Degree in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field. 5 years of progressive experience in Data Engineering or related roles (e.g., Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Architect). 3 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based data warehousing solutions. Proven ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and create compelling data solutions.
