Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Planning & Coordination Assist in planning new developments, managing costings, design, and research while coordinating architects, engineers, and other professionals. – Research & Insights Conduct market research, analyse data, and provide insights to support development decisions. -Development Administration Manage essential documentation, oversee compliance, and facilitate smooth project execution. -Process Improvement Continuously refine systems, optimise workflows, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance efficiency. What Youll Need: – BSc/MSc in Property Studies, Town/Regional Planning, or related field. – Experience in urban planning, project coordination, real estate research, or development management. – Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. -Ability to work proactively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
