About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for creating and optimising product listings across multiple platforms, including Amazon and other e-commerce sites. You will also conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics, and craft compelling product copy to drive sales and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimise product listings for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
  • Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics
  • Craft compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions optimised for search and conversion
  • Analyse competitor listings and implement best practices
  • Monitor listing performance and make data-driven optimisations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all sales channels
  • Stay up-to-date with platform-specific requirements and algorithm changes
  • Add product listings to new platforms, like Temu and Shein

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in e-commerce product listing and optimisation
  • Proven track record of improving product visibility and sales through keyword optimisation
  • Proficiency in using Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and other SEO tools
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace platforms
