About the Role

Join our forward-thinking team as an ERP Systems Analyst in Cape Town City Centre, where you’ll bridge the gap between business leadership and analyst-level execution. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge ERP platforms, Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, and AI-driven automation, contributing to cost efficiency, governance, and delivery reliability across 11 SSA markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support full lifecycle ERP implementations (analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support)
Focus on finance-related modules, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and project accounting
Design and maintain API-based integrations between ERP, Workday, Sage Payroll, Salesforce/HubSpot, and other enterprise platforms
Support Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Azure data services, and enable Power BI reporting across Finance, HR, and Operations
Implement workflow automation using Power Automate/Logic Apps and support AI-driven initiatives with Azure OpenAI/Copilot

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Information Systems or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ ERP industry experience, including at least one full ERP implementation project
Strong understanding of finance-related ERP modules
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
Experience with API-based integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation
