Key Responsibilities: Assisting with on-site service visits to customer plants and facilities Supporting in troubleshooting water treatment systems, chemical dosing, and technical applications Gathering and analysing lab and plant data to help improve customer performance Helping to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and consistent service Learning how to identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (SHERQ) Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile): Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field 02 years of relevant work experience (graduates welcome) Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to customer sites Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Internship or exposure to industrial water treatment, paper technologies, or similar fields Experience with technical reporting or customer support Hands-on lab or plant experience If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
