About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Executive with true hunter DNA to join our high-growth fintech player expanding its footprint across the Western Cape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and empowering small businesses to thrive through your daily hunting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt daily for new merchants across retail, general trade, fuel, hardware, hospitality & more
  • Convert leads into signed, installed, revenue-generating accounts
  • Drive activations, ARPU growth, and multi-product adoption
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and disciplined CRM management
  • Move fast, follow through, and outperform monthly targets
  • Represent a trusted fintech brand to merchants across the province

Requirements

  • 3 years field sales or merchant acquisition experience
  • Thrives on being out in the community, not behind a desk
  • Strong relationship building skills with merchants
  • Disciplined operator using data, CRM insights, and strong follow-through
  • Self-starter with stamina, urgency, and entrepreneurial energy
