About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety & Quality Assurance (SHEQ) Professional to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on processes and products.
  • Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborate with production teams for issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide training to staff, investigate customer complaints, and conduct audits.
  • Perform sporadic production checks and follow through on HSE improvements.

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Quality Management, Health and Safety)
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance, health and safety, or a related field
