Job Summary

Our client is a leading professional services firm dedicated to delivering excellence in architectural and design. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their people strategy and enhance the employee experience. As the HR Manager , you will play a key role in shaping and driving HR strategy while ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, delivering best-in-class HR solutions that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Employee Experience Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent. Oversee a seamless onboarding experience to set new hires up for success. Manage the probation process, ensuring alignment with performance expectations. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee contract management, job design, and role evaluations. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices. Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and analytics for strategic decision-making. Performance & Employee Relations Lead performance management processes, supporting leadership in driving high performance. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, best practices, and labor law compliance. Training & Development Design and implement learning and development programs that support career growth. Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Employment Equity & B-BBEE Ensure compliance with Employment Equity and B-BBEE requirements. Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Offboarding & Transitions Oversee exit interviews and employee offboarding processes. Analyze turnover trends and provide strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5 years of HR management experience, ideally within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Experience with B-BBEE and Employment Equity implementation. Proven ability to manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role is ideally suited to a strategic and high impact HR leader with a passion for driving business success through people.
