KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION You will have completed a degree in HR Management or similar, coupled with 5 years experience in 360 HR Management, specifically in a technical, engineering or construction environment, with expert knowledge of contributing toward the success of the business through ensuring systems, policies, procedures and employee wellness programs are optimal and aligned.
