About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative in our Parow Industrial location, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable revenue growth for Workers Holdings by managing and growing our allocated customer base. You will be responsible for creating quotes and invoices, promoting our full Automotive range, ensuring correct product selection and application, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Create quotes and invoices
- Grow the customer base
- Promote the full Automotive range
- Ensure correct product selection and application
- Process orders accurately and comply with pricing and credit policies
- Liaise with internal sales, technical, and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate records and submit required reports
- Analyze the market
- Achieve/exceed budgets
Requirements
- Min 3 years working experience within the Automotive Aftermarket or Automotive Parts Sales
- Exposure and/or experience of automotive air conditioning systems
- Basic business acumen (understand how business works)
- Customer service skills
- Hands on technical skills
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
