Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements on a wide range of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems and components Communicate and coordinate with clients across the Western Cape while carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks Carry out daily visits to client sites to ensure effective service delivery and system performance Skills and Experience At least 5 years of experience, specifically with chilled water systems (non-negotiable) Hands-on experience with 2-way/3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation, electrical and control circuits, and cooling towers Familiar with electrical components such as thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings Valid drivers license required Qualifications Must hold a valid gas license (non-negotiable) Trade-tested in a relevant field Only South African residents will be considered Contact RIAAN MOSTERT on
