About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an Intermediate Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish. With a strong background in construction and administrative experience, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project activities and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and review project reports and financial statements
- Maintain accurate records and track progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction (or equivalent qualification)
- 5-8 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience in the construction industry (advantageous)
- Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration (advantageous)
- Experience in Accounting (advantageous)
