About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our furniture inventory, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our bespoke interior design business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouses and distribution channels
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
- Collaborate with Design, Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 4 years experience in inventory management, warehouse, or operational roles
- Strong commercial judgement and cost awareness
- Genuine interest and eye for bespoke interiors
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Design, Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams
- Excellent relationship-building skills in a hybrid or remote environment
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
