Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify potential sales opportunities and engage in proactive sales activities. Present and demonstrate the companys range of networking products and solutions to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to post-sales support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity in CRM. Stay informed of industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Attend meetings, events, and trade shows to network and increase visibility in the industry. Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT or networking industry. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Customer-centric with a consultative sales approach. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: A relevant qualification in sales, business, or technology (e.g., IT, Networking) is a plus. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results. Additional Information: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional travel or after-hours meetings as required. Compensation: Competitive salary and commission structure, with potential for growth and advancement.
