NOW HIRING: Clinical Facilitator Join Our Dynamic Healthcare/Nursing Recruitment Agency Team We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Clinical Facilitator in the Northern Suburbs to join our growing Healthcare Recruitment Agency. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate clinical training, induction, and orientation programmes for healthcare staff Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support to nursing and care personnel Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures Conduct clinical assessments, competency evaluations, and risk assessments Support the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of agency healthcare professionals Maintain accurate training records, reports, and clinical documentation Conduct client visits at private hospitals and public healthcare facilities. Promote excellent patient care and professional practice standards Build and maintain strong client and staff relationships Work effectively with modern healthcare CRM systems and reporting platforms Minimum Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification (SANC registered preferred) Proven experience in clinical facilitation or nursing education Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Computer literacy and report-writing skills Recruitment agency experience is preferable Must have a valid Code EB drivers license Flexible working hours If you are passionate about empowering healthcare professionals and improving patient outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
