Job Summary
As a JavaScript Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing sophisticated applications for leading organizations in South Africa. Youll lead a team of skilled developers, guiding them through the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. Your role will involve researching and implementing new technologies, optimizing performance, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable solutions. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative culture, mentor team members, and work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) Proven track record in leading development teams and delivering complex projects Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and best practices Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, and working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical technical decisions Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and a deep understanding of front-end and back-end development Contact LIZAAN BUNNING on
