About the Role
The Trucking Industry is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warranty administration and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Managers and technicians
- Fulfilling warranty requirements
- Solving warranty issues
- Monitoring defective products
- Maintaining records of customer details
- Reporting of warranties
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years in a warranty administration role within a corporate or franchised dealership
- Experience as Warranty clerk within Service department
- Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like MAN, Hino, UD Trucks etc.
- Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills
- Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc.
- Truck industry experience specifically
- Valid SA Driver’s license
- Grade 12
- Clear criminal record
