About the Role

The Trucking Industry is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warranty administration and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Managers and technicians
  • Fulfilling warranty requirements
  • Solving warranty issues
  • Monitoring defective products
  • Maintaining records of customer details
  • Reporting of warranties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years in a warranty administration role within a corporate or franchised dealership
  • Experience as Warranty clerk within Service department
  • Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like MAN, Hino, UD Trucks etc.
  • Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc.
  • Truck industry experience specifically
  • Valid SA Driver’s license
  • Grade 12
  • Clear criminal record

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, interacting with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
