About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Litigation Secretary to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our administrative support, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our litigation team, handling various tasks and duties with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices and accounting to clients
  • Assist in diary management and caselines
  • Manage Court appearances online
  • Type pleadings, notices, and general correspondence
  • Provide general administration (printing, filing, and photocopying)
