About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Business Central applications and ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to implement changes and provide ongoing support
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams and levels of seniority
Mentor and support Junior Developers to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development
Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases to ensure timely delivery within scope and high quality standards
Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), source control management (SCM), continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

Requirements

Experience as a Lead Dynamics 365 Developer with a particular focus on Business Central
Strong knowledge of AL, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid and other relevant programming languages for Dynamics 365 development
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
