About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Learning Academy Trainer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our agents and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hire and existing agents
- Conduct post-training assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure accuracy and calibration of training materials
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to agents to improve performance and behaviors
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in agent performance
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in BPO (Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support)
- 13 years of experience in Training, Coaching, or QA role
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Analytical and data interpretation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, HRM/HRD, or related field (preferred)
