Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of all plant machinery, processing equipment, and infrastructure. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and ensure timely resolution. Establish and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime. Source and coordinate external contractors and service providers when necessary. Workshop Management Supervise workshop staff, including technicians, mechanics, and maintenance personnel. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies. Maintain stock levels of critical spare parts, tools, and consumables. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and lifespan. Operational & Compliance Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Maintain maintenance records and ensure proper documentation of all repairs and servicing. Monitor operational costs and optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency.
