Lead the strategic development and execution of the Collections function to meet business goals and drive innovation. Set and manage monthly targets and scorecards, ensuring accurate tracking and performance analysis. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to optimize reporting and ensure AWS dashboards are rolled out effectively. Redesign and enhance collections strategies to support improved outcomes. Provide strategic insight and guidance on behavioural linguistics and credit models. Deploy and monitor analytic models to optimize collections performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects. Mentor and support collections analysts through coaching and knowledge sharing. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Collections Strategy or a related function within financial services, with proven leadership experience. Skills: Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
