About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing MEP activities on large scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with project procurement and execution strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage MEP activities on large scale construction projects
  • Develop and implement project procurement and execution strategies and plans
  • Implement construction methodologies and installation schedules
  • Provide technical support to ensure alignment on projects
  • Manage HSE, quality, and risk management processes

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5 years experience in coordinating and managing MEP activities on large scale construction projects
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing project procurement and execution strategies and plans
  • Experience in providing technical support to ensure alignment on projects
  • Sound experience in HSE, quality, and risk management
