Cape Town City Centre: National Service Coordinator

Responsibilities Plan and manage national servicing schedules and ensure work is completed on time. Supervise servicing and electrical teams, including workshop and field operations. Perform hands-on technical service work when required. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery. Manage costing, quotations, invoicing, and stock control within the service division. Lead, train, and support servicing staff to achieve performance and safety standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality procedures. Support business growth through client retention and expansion of servicing operations. Requirements Technical diploma or trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field. Proven experience in servicing or maintenance of industrial or mining equipment. Strong leadership and coordination abilities. Valid drivers license (essential). Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
