About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative IT & Tech company based in the Cape Town City Bowl, is looking for an energetic and ambitious Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing journals, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Assisting with audit preparation and liaising with external auditors
- Working closely with the Finance Manager on process improvements
- Supporting financial operations across multiple tech-related projects
Requirements
- Newly qualified BCom Accounting / BCompt / SAIPA / SAICA articles completed
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Salary & Benefits
R 300 000.00 per annum
