Our client is part of a JSE-listed group in the retail sector with over 100 years of heritage. They are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager (Operations) to join this dynamic retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping financial strategies that drive business success. Duties: Oversee and manage costs across multiple retail stores to ensure profitability Monitor and track store budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare and deliver detailed financial analysis and insightful reporting Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to support business planning Manage operational expenditure (OPEX) effectively to optimize resources Align financial reporting with business strategies to enable data-driven decisions Education and experience: BCom Accounting degree and CIMA qualification At least 5 years experience in a finance role within the retail industry Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
