Job Description

Personal Assistant Overview: Our client is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Administrative and personal assistance to support their management team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, professional, and confident working with data, systems, and executive scheduling. Accuracy and confidentiality paired with efficient time keeping for deadlines are key traits for a successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: • Provide assistance to management, including calendar, tasks prioritisation and scheduling meetings • Answering and making phone calls when required • Attending to emails and responding where needed • Prepare reports using Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables and other functions) • Maintain and update internal systems, spreadsheets and databases • Keeping track of important dates, meetings, and deadlines • Acting as a point of contact when the supervisor is unavailable Skills and Requirements: • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, data sorting, filtering) • Communication skills (verbal and written) • Organised and manage time well • Willingness to learn, take initiative and accountability • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly • Friendly, professional, and dependable Minimum Requirements: • Matric • At least 1-3 years’ experience in administrative or PA roles • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience with data management or CRM systems (an advantage) • Experience with Business Central advantageous.
