Support the delivery of engineering projects by coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining accurate project documentation Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow Assist in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track and within scope Contribute to problem-solving discussions and help align technical and operational objectives Develop project management and technical skills through mentorship and exposure to high-impact projects Take on increasing responsibility with a clear pathway toward future senior or management opportunities Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a project coordination (preferably in a manufacturing environment). Excellent communication, strong organizational and multitasking skills. Solid understanding of project workflows, documentation control, and reporting. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and project management tools. A proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for results. Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering is essential. Certification in project management will be advantageous.
