About the Role

As a Property Coordinator in our Cape Town City Centre office, you will be the backbone of our property management team. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards, and our tenants receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly inspections and repairs to maintain property condition
  • Update and manage property files, ensuring compliance with insurance, property, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and outs, resolving any issues promptly
  • Ensure timely resolution of tenant-supplier disputes and issues
  • Assist with leasing and rental agreements, providing expert guidance as needed

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the property industry
  • Familiarity with Google products (advantage)
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle (mistakenly stated in original, corrected to “valid driver’s license”)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
