About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As the face of our property management, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. With a strong focus on tenant satisfaction and issue resolution, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly inspections and repairs to ensure properties are in top condition
- Maintain accurate property files and comply with insurance, property, and safety regulations
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and outs, including managing rental agreements and leases
- Resolve issues with tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the property industry
- Familiarity with Google products (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
