About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Property Finance Consultant to join our team in Kenilworth, Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential home loan clients, matching them with tailored finance solutions, and providing exceptional service throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial needs and offer suitable home loan solutions
- Guide clients through applications, approvals, and closing
- Maintain client relationships and follow up for referrals
- Keep accurate records of leads and applications
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in home loans
- Strong administrative, marketing, and communication skills
- Results-driven with ability to work under pressure
