Property Manager – Luxury Cottage Collection | West Coast Coastal luxury. Discerning owners. Exceptional guest expectations. An exclusive collection of 26 highly sought-after luxury cottages along the West Coast is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance standards, and owner and guest experience across the portfolio. These properties are owned by both a central company and private individuals and operate as premium short-term luxury rentals when not in owner use. The role requires someone who understands the nuance of managing high-value properties while balancing the expectations of luxury guests and exacting owners. This is not a desk role. This is a highly visible, operational, relationship-driven position suited to someone who thrives on delivering seamless service and maintaining impeccable property standards.
