About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction industry management, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantity surveys for construction projects
  • Manage and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and submit invoices and claims to clients
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction Industry
  • B.Tech QS or B.Sc QS degree (completed or in progress)
  • Completed or in progress Professional registration (advantageous)

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License required
