About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Trauma and Emergency care to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the holistic well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice patient care according to the scope of practice and assume total responsibility for these activities
- Contribute to the holistic care of patients
- Attend handover of report at shift commencement
- Shift Leading
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care
- Ensure all stock is well controlled and managed
Requirements
- Must be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in a Trauma & Emergency environment
- Post-Basic Trauma/Emergency nursing qualification is advantageous
- Must have leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and think on the feet
