We are ideally looking for skilled and talented young chefs with experience in fine dining RESTAURANTS and WINE ESTATES rather than hotels to become a perfect fit within this small close-working team. REQUIREMENTS: Recognised Cheffing Qualification Minimum 3 year experience within a la carte fine dining.
