As their resident tech wizard, you`ll use your magical powers of problem-solving to keep their employees` computers running smoothly. From resurrecting lost files to banishing the dreaded Blue Screen of Death, no computer crisis will be too tough to tackle. Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience providing top-notch desktop support Ninja-level skills in Windows, macOS, and various software applications The ability to explain complex tech issues in simple, easy-to-understand language Strong Active Directory Entra RDS Farms as well as MS365 administration skills Qualification: Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
