About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our talent acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for building and implementing a global recruitment plan that aligns with our workforce plans and organizational priorities. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in full-cycle global recruitment across multiple jurisdictions to attract top talent from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce plans and organizational priorities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for key roles across the GCC region
- Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing technical, cultural, and performance fit
- Provide market intelligence on global talent trends, compensation, and competitor practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in GCC region recruitment
- Deep understanding of Global talent markets, sourcing methodologies, and international labour laws
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong command of recruitment technologies, ATS, and CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
