About the Role
Bonafide Human Capital Ltd is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our client’s team based in Cape Town CBD and Milnerton. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to ensure satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and capture relevant information to address client needs.
- Check vehicle in with clients.
- Follow up on parts ordered and bookings made to suit customer needs daily.
- Keep customers informed of status updates on their vehicles.
- Handle customer queries and concerns on a daily basis.
- Accurately complete job cards and submit them for costing daily.
- Arrange hire vehicles for customers, obtaining necessary authority as required.
- Collect payments from customers due prior to handing back the vehicle.
- Cross departmental disciplines.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Industry.
- Computer literate.
- Valid Driver’s License.
