Job Summary

Qualifications : Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience : Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role. Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and data migration projects. Soft Skills : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive integration. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or similar. Key Responsibilities Data Migration : Plan and execute the migration of data from unstructured data to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and security. Use migration tools and scripts to facilitate efficient data transfer. Conduct pre-migration and post-migration assessments to identify and address issues. User Support and Training : Provide guidance to employees on data migration procedures and SharePoint usage. Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users. Collaboration and Reporting : Collaborate with IT teams, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns. Generate reports on migration progress and SharePoint utilization.
