Cape Town City Centre: Snr Transfers Secretary

We are searching for an experienced and mature Conveyancing Secretary for an opportunity to support a legal firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers. You must be able to handle a busy workload (multiple files simultaneously) whilst maintaining a high-quality support service. 5 years experience (Senior) in a similar conveyancing related role Capable of handling large volumes of files GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable) A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role
