Specialist Recruitment Consultant Sales & Marketing Elite role for top-billing consultants with a proven track record in premium Sales & Marketing placements Gardens, Cape Town (in office) | R35 000 basic uncapped commission About Our Client A high-performance recruitment firm delivering exceptional Sales and Marketing talent to growth-focused companies. The Role: Specialist Recruitment Consultant Sales & Marketing This is a 360° desk for a high-performing consultant who specialises in Sales and Marketing placements. You’ll operate at the premium end of the market, consistently delivering high-value placements with top-tier clients. You must already have an established client base, a track record of billing R200k per month, and the ability to secure 18% placement fees. Key Responsibilities Bring 360 recruitment experience in Sales & Marketing with a billing track record of R200k per month Manage and grow an existing client base while building new relationships through outreach and referrals Secure high-fee or exclusive roles and manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates with a focus on consistent delivery and offer closure Maintain talent pipelines and conduct strategic talent mapping and competitor analysis Track market trends and advise clients on talent availability and salary benchmarks Maintain up-to-date client and candidate data in ATS and CRM systems About You 35 years of 360 recruitment experience specialising in Sales and Marketing Proven billing record of R200k per month with 18% placement fees Strong client network and advanced business development capability Deep understanding of the Sales & Marketing hiring landscape Skilled in talent mapping, market intelligence, and using ATS/CRM platforms Entrepreneurial, commercially focused, and highly driven Consultative, resilient, and confident in high-level negotiations This role is suited only to elite recruiters who consistently deliver high-value placements and operate at the top of their market.
