About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Sales Operations to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations
Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Implement and maintain accurate records and reports
Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry
Grade 12 with numerical ability
PC literacy
Valid Code C1 licence
PDP (Proof of Driving Capability)
Minimum of 2 years experience using in-house vehicle tracking systems
Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Relevant Diploma (advantageous)
