Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Relevant working experience would be an advantage Computer literate Daily processing of intranet requisitions Processing of investment withdrawals/ closures Ensuring that funds are linked to the correct trust bank account Daily processing of trust to business receipting Ensuring documentation is loaded on AJS Assisting other teams when colleagues are absent Basic understanding of the fundamentals of Bookkeeping Working knowledge on following computer systems: AJS, MS Outlook, MS Excel and file directory Ability to treat confidential information with the required sensitivity Pro-active approach in terms of service delivery Attention to detail is essential Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize time management skills Strong interpersonal skills Pro-active approach to problem solving Ability to work independently Team player willingness to assist other team members when required Prepared to go the extra mile with a positive attitude Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard – Dante Personnel Cape Town
